What counts as an "active case"?
Any mediation case with financial disclosure in progress. Once a case is closed it no longer counts towards your plan limit, but stays accessible in your history.
Is client data secure?
Yes. All documents and data are encrypted at rest and in transit, hosted in UK data centres, and access is strictly limited to people assigned to a case. See our security overview for details.
